      Pros

      Flexibility to grow skills, work remotely when needed. Great global teams and dedicated colleagues .

      Cons

      Dreadful leadership. The C-suite level has grown, while the veteran skills have been decimated. They seem to ONLY care about the quarterly report. This is not the company I started with.

      Your opinion means nothing. A tiny bolt in this huge corporation. Everything is slow and it's like top managers are trying to make employees life more and more difficult to do their job.
