      great training program, learn a lot from sales advisors, given so many opportunities to network!!

      training is 6 months long and you have a lot of downtime, lots of changes in the company going on

      Fortune 500 company on your resume, 6 months of travel and training

      Cons

      -No organization whatsoever in the digital rotation program, will stick you anywhere just because of headcount -Out of the blue PAY CUTS. They are giving out significant pay cuts along with reducing benefits -Management doesn't care. The premise of the rotation program was to find people job opportunities moving out but 80% of the people graduating from the program do not have placements and are essentially unemployed.
