Pros

Everyone in the team is nice and want to see you successful (isn't always the case at tech companies). Most of management have technical background. There looks to be plenty of opportunities to lead and advance, both in and out of job description. Having Arvind as CEO has led to some excellent decisions to give the company direction such as NewCo spin off and Red Hat purchase. I hope to see what else he has up his sleeves to make IBM great again!

Cons

From what I can tell, there is two much bureaucracy in management. Definitely not as bad as I have seen elsewhere but something to work on, lots of chains of commands and approvals. Also too many buzz words and acronyms. I get that its the name of the game sometimes in tech but it's nice to know what is going on behind the fancy words from management.
