Pros

Extra benefits on compensation goes beyond average. Facilitate remote work and cooworkers are very talented.

Cons

Although company encourages remote work, sometime it just provides basic equipment to do so. Any extra devices take too long to arrive.

Pros

Very flexible environment and nice boss

Cons

No project, and you need to sit on the bench for months. Rarely do projects arrive in old technology. If you come with high skill ( modern technologies), this is not the place to work. It's a sinking boat, and they are floating a new company Kyndryl another sinking ship.
