Pros

Transparency of management has become much better now in IBM. Flexibility was always the greatest asset of IBM. A lot of training & reskilling platforms are available within IBM.

Cons

Compensation is given still needs to align with current markets standards. Retirement age is lesser than most other companies. Should be raised to 60 outside US as well.

Pros

None that I can find.

Cons

We need skills because someone can supply them, not because of how they look or feel about themselves.
