Pros

- Working from home. - Flexible shift.

Cons

If you are a Bulgarian or Eastern European it is a good place, if you are an expitrate stay away as this place as it is full with Racism and discrimination. A complete shock for me as IBM is one of the bluechips companies and they are not giving their Sofia branch courses and training that this company is against Racism.
