      IBM is another corporate business (they dont really care about their employees)

      They offer health insurance, access to online courses and 1 WFH day

      Cons

      They make you work a min. of hours according to your job title (utilization), you need to accomplish a project that could save them money or improve a process and they dont like women with kids. Managers are very subjective when it comes to an evaluation.
