Pros

- Good work/life balance (for now, it's starting to change) - LGBTQ+ friendly, lots of diverse business resource groups. - Pension plan (RBA) with 5% contribution of salary courtesy of the company

Cons

- Cutting more and more benefits each year. - Cut 401k contributions and switched to RBA pension plan that has slower growth rate and no ways to control investment. - Pushing high velocity software delivery and abandoning any quality metrics. - Micromanaging: values performance solely on GitHub commits and Jira bugs resolution rate. - Requirement from management to mark 15% of workforce as low performance. This affects their salary conversations and blocks them from raises and bonuses. It also makes you compete against coworkers rather than work together. - Raises usually only come from promotions. Typically little to no cost of living raises. - Changes internal tools every one or two years, makes it difficult to do work.
