      Upgraded tools of course. Digitalization

      Cons

      They will change you contract abruptly without notifying you ahead of time. Been promised with shift allowance yet no shift allowance nor night diff pay was added to my payroll. Then some from the recruitment team had scheduled a meeting for me and told me that the contract was changed na pala. Bad experience tho.
