      Stable job, regular pay, health benefits, hybrid work options for working from home, MultiSport card, 21+ vacation days

      Cons

      There are limited resources, any training is done on the job, in an improvised manner, which limits any career movement. The management has no real skills or resources, but they do try their best. This is a job with medium level salary for people who are ready to settle down.
