Pros

- One of the few places where you can focus on research after the client's requirements are met - Very helpful people, who are willing to help you in every step of your journey - Work-life balance is the best, no rigid hours for working and you can work as per your convenience

Cons

- You can't choose your project/team after joining, at least not in this position

Pros

Nice office, free snacks and coffee in the break area, free gym, some interesting projects

Cons

Very corporate feeling even in the research groups, a lot of 9to5ers, upper management is a bit siloed off and difficult and slow to communicate with, lots of projects that have little to no market research behind them, large projects tend to lack good communication and leadership vision.
