Pros
- In the organization that I've worked in the management was great - empowering and appreciating. Fostering a collaborative atmosphere. - Helpful, friendly colleagues. - Flexible working hours. - Good pay.
Cons
- Very hard to get a hold of any relevant information that you need for your work. People just keep pushing you around with your questions, claiming its not their job to answer them. You end up asking 10 different people for one simple thing and not getting a definite answer. - Things are moving very slowly.
