      Love Doing what I Do

      Pros

      I am actually able to do what I love doing, write code and make a difference for someone. The fact that someone is multiplied by thousands or even millions makes it all that much better. I am also able to learn about the latest technologies to keep me sharp and up to date. The compensation isn't bad either. lol In fact, very good.

      Cons

      Sometimes training is required for things that I have no use for at the time or any time in the foreseeable future.

      Pros

      I currently work Remote Health benefits are good 13 week bench time

      Cons

      They require 44hr work week for salary employees, they DO NOT offer any additional money for the extra 16 hrs per a month you are required to work. They require sales training even if you have nothing to do with sales, to push their AI products onto the client.

      Pros

      I feel valued as part of my team and my manager always finds new opportunities for me to grow based on my goals. I never feel stuck or bored - I continue to learn even as my role has become more senior. Work/life balance is great.

      Cons

      Often feel pressured to produce results in a small amount of time with last minute changes - can increase stress on the job.
