      Pros

      The ability to work on some cool projects and interact with handful of really smart people who are looking to change the world.

      Cons

      No support at all! Archaic management systems. Dozens upon dozens of weekly meetings. Constant requests for deal updates (4-5 people per day despite having 5-10 weekly status meetings on one deal). Reports and new strategies to deliver (in GBS) more than one per month for last 18 months. Almost no respect for hours. Expect to work over 80 hours/week and never take a full vacation or sick day. You're lucky if you don't get calls on the 6 major holidays.

      Company went from BAD to Worse

      Pros

      Years ago it was a great company. The last 10 to 15 years have been horrible. Senior management cares about no one but themselves. HR is incompetent and a puppet. They are pretty much worthless when it comes to being an employee advocate.

      Cons

      You are constantly looking over your shoulder to be permanently laid off. Pay for performance is a joke. It doesn't matter if you[re a top performer and have been for years, one day they will eventually get rid of you when they need to cut more cost. Everyone is just a number. There is no focus at all on what should be their most valued resource: their employees!
