Not my best employer
Pros
Hybrid setup. I can’t think of any more pros. They may have tons of trainings but the relevant ones only opens up if you’re no longer probationary.

Disclaimer: This review is for IBM CIC-PH Quezon City office only. 1. Long working hours (9 to 10 hours) is the standard. 2. Mandatory trainings should be taken during your non-working hours. 3. Management is toxic and a serial gaslighter (told me everyone took their mandatory trainings outside office hours so I should have done the same). 4. No OT pay. 5. I got assigned to a not-so-good project with a very tight schedule. The project started late so we have to catch it up. 6. My manager didn’t open 1 on 1 sessions with me until the 4th month. 7. No work-life balance. 8. Mediocre benefits and retirement plan. 9. I may or may not have been sabotaged from the signing of “Conflict of Interest” by telling me I missed the deadline even though I told them I never received any emails regarding it. It’s also the main reason they did not regularize me. 10. Team lead manipulated the WBS to adjust my tasks to an earlier schedule without notifying me. 11. We have to catch up the leaves and holidays. 12. There’s plenty more but you get the point that this company have its issues.
