- leaders and managers only work for upper leaders - managers are not prepared and majority not even presence - half of the teams are specialized in their roles, half are not - so only its a mess. - management seems very disconnected from market needs/growth - certifications are pushed from management, however you will rarely get put on a project to utilize what you've learned. They are accolades for management. - consultant shop; management cares to staff projects, though not necessarily in your best interests - well underpaid; raises seem great but don't affect much being well under the national market's pay scale for software developers - confusing management structure that constantly changes - apprenticeship program is well-done in terms of the learning curriculum but not in experience - certain development practices are severely undervalued - no 401k match until 2 years of service
