Pros

All the people are really great and you make some good friends. People are always quite receptive of new ideas. You get time to play around with new technologies.

Cons

IBM executives are a joke. Very top down structure where they say jump and you're expected to jump. High performance culture been implemented but no salary change to match expectations. Re-implemented old review program that has proved in past and proving that it doesnt work, just promotes everyone to do bare minimum.
