Pros

Bonuses, pluses, opportunities to develop yourself, good environment to work

Cons

Too much bureaucracy, which slows down processes a lot. Any approval that could take hours or days could be extended to months

Pros

Work life balance is there, but depending on project you are working on. Company policy is really good. Fare enough judgement process for improvement within company.

Cons

No issues with salary you agreed for, but not very good growth afterwards in terms of money or promotion. Competition for growth is very high and time taking.

Pros

It's relatively stable, and the people are decent. If your first couple of layers of management are functional, it can be a good place.

Cons

SO MANY MANAGERS! It's hard to get anything at all done in this place and they really do make you feel like a disposable cog in a behemoth machine.
