Best reason for the company to share is very difficult, for me all companies are best if you and your management has a professional and work to work relationship. According to my point of view my my friendship is always after working hours, inside the premises I have my different role with my colleagues. - IBM is best for giving innovation. - IBM is also very strict with its compliance role. A fresher can best learn how to survive in a Big firm. - It all depends what skill set or for what project you are getting select. - IBM has a policy never give and take, it always deliver its 100% to there Clients.
Cons
- Compliance Strictness. - Medical Claim is not so good.
