Pros

The Work/life balance program is great in the US, there are many "potential" opportunities for job movement

Cons

Spending on education is abysmal. It seems that Executive management is out of touch with workforce reality.

Pros

You get to work on some leading edge products. The people there are generally pleasant to work with. Terrific work life balance, perhaps too much though since things take forever to happen.

Cons

Limited potential for for personal enrichment if you're a top performer; it's like working in the post office. Projects take forever to complete due to bureaucracy, but arguably also due to quality focus. Compensation left a lot to be desired, with meager increases for colleagues that deserved more (not much trickles to the bottom). Way too over matrixed; decisions take eons by the time you level set with all business units.
