1. ITS BIG. Which means you have to document everything you do. So that everyone can be reviewed fairly. 2. Item 1 above implies: Ton of Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annually Admin Tasks to complete. 3. It is not good for people who want to be guided every step of the way. You are in control which means you have to independently decide to take action EVERY DAY in order to advance your career.
