Pros

Good Work culture, Knowledge Growth and brand Recognition. Good company to tell you the processes and highly dedicated to client's satisfaction.

Cons

No recognition to employees, underpaid as per the market standards, slow and lengthy process for promotion. Highest attrition rate in 2010 and will continue so if they are not recognizing the true worth of employees.

Pros

The company develops some of the most advanced technologies. As an engineer at IBM, you get to work with a great deal of experts in their fields. Technical vitality is cultivated and encouraged.

Cons

The working environment tends to be political. Many people tend to rely too much on their "mentors". A hard working engineer who does not have a mentor has a good chance of being passed over for career advancement.
