You get 50% deduction for your home internet which is $5, and 50% deduction for fitness/sports subscriptions. Enforced return to the office 3 days a week as a blanket decision, no exceptions, no flexibility, even for people that don't really work with local colleagues which means they need to stay in the office until 8pm to take US calls. Constant layoffs, no transparency. You simply notice that people you work with just disappear, no reason, many of them top performers. Constant change in strategy, no consistency in setting goals, and performance review, no consistency in tool usage, which by the way are awful. Slow, buggy, analytics tools dont capture correct stats and other very basic things like this. Constant role changes, You will do what's available. They say that the only constant is change and you will learn a lot by moving through roles but instead you end up years later a little better prepared than an intern as you never had time to master anything.
