Pros

I have the privilege of working in a team of highly motivated as well as skilled professionals motivated by passion. My managers are passionate and outspoken, making you feel integral part of the project. Everybody is courteous, respectful and happy to help. At IBM the attention to self-development is paramount being matched by an impressive offer of training from strictly IT stuff to economic sciences or well-being. Another great thing is the awareness of being part of a firm capable of making history.

Cons

From time to time IBM looks like a flotilla of ships each with its own route, so you feel caught amongst several priorities, goals and expectations making things not so immediate to understand.
