"Employees are able to work from home" "It's a great place to work if you need work-life balance

Cons

less opportunity to lean, old technology, team work in not there, lot of politics and odd working hours, low salary

strictly average. starting salary in OK. lots of positions to look at.

Cons

Never get a raise (5 years). bonuses are a joke. new manager every 6 months. Management does not offer new work, you have to find it yourself or get layed off.

Pros

Flexibility. No one cares about when you are coming, when you are leaving until you complete your work without any issues. You can work if money and knowledge is not your priority.

Cons

No Hike. No employee engagement program.Manager will be adding more responsibilities and work load without any hikes. No proper training. No proper workflow and methodologies followed.
