1.It is ocean of opportunity unless you know where to direct and grow. 2.It is like a government firm and job stability is there

1.There are lot of Cons.I will start with Compensation.I would say it is worst payer in the industry.The management expect us to work like donkey with 0% hike. 2.No growth at all.People here sits in a same role for ages hoping for a promotion.But they don't get it 3.It is like a government firm with lot of employees but no clear cut directions from management 4.Lot of office politics and internal references happens here. 5.Not all ideal place to work to learn new things.
