Pros

Overall good company to work for. Many opportunities for advancement within. due to the size of the company. However, compensation is way behind the market rate for long timers and greatly differs on the business division you are in and location.

Cons

Slow advancement. In general, compensation is not on par with the high tech market for long time employees.
