The community of designers is wonderful Solving difficult problems through design Being part of the whole process of design Great place to learn about other design disciplines The organization as a while has come a long way in a few years with regards to incorporating design and design thinking. (Still has a long way to go, but there is progress)
Cons
Suffers from the typical faults of a large corporation As a visual designer, opportunities to be creative are somewhat limited Overall happiness is VERY dependent on the team and org
