Pros
Diverse projects, travel opportunities, some training opportunities available.
Cons
Your vacation cuts into your billable hours (At least in the consulting wing). WHich means, if you take the vacation days they lure you with - you have to make up those hours on another project. They treat their intellectual capital like machines, which is not how you compete for work. Terrible, terrible sales team & archaic practices for selling strategy & design. They have some real dinosaurs running consulting. Old school thinking, and no focus on employee development & happiness.
