Pros

Honestly nothing. Would have said pay or work life balance. But now a days every other company including service based pays the same or close to the ctc offered by ISL and work life balance here is a huge lie.

Cons

Worst company ever especially Platform Simplification org. You won't find any personal time even during weekends and you'll always be under pressure to deliver within unrealistic deadlines. Managers and team leads are clowns. If you ask them any question they say it is how the nature of project is but it's not applicable when giving you hikes or some relaxation to work from office rules. You should stick to every single rule working under immense pressure. Team leads are more interested in politics and waste your time further with unnecessary scrums and calls and micromanage teammates. Managers ask silly questions like why do you work long hours after setting deadlines and scheduling both early morning and late night meetings.
