      Pros

      The company policies (for hike,onsite,band progression) are not very transparent and no scope to contact your HR. Your only hope is your People Manager. Your future in IBM is in the hands of your manager

      Cons

      IBM provides unlimited WFH that is actually good. But do not get over-exicited reading this! Even this can depend on your manager ;)
