You are babied. Nothing is clear, you have to jump through hoops to find what you are looking for

Horrible work culture in the Coppell Sales Center. Unsanitary work facilities. Inflexible management around remote work. Required to come in office despite zero valid need to do so. Siloed view of the rest of IBM. Lots of workers look well past age of retirement/lots of shuffling around the office. Poor attitudes in older workers - i.e. treats kitchen staff terribly. Kept at uncomfortably cold temperature. No covered parking for extreme heat or hail storms. No food or drinks left out for free at any point.
