Pros

Good benefits Yearly reviews Flexible in time off / working from home

Cons

Big company - have to deal with a corporate mentality. There is no culture whatsoever. You are reviewed based on "relative contribution" in which you have to show that you are doing more than your colleagues (so people can lie - makes your colleagues your enemies)

Have lots of chance to work with different teams and learn new stuff. If you like to challenging yourself, you can always to find it and improve yourself.

Cons

Old fashion management really don't fit people who like more flexible working style. Sometimes it is hard to coordinate the people from different team in different countries
