Pros

Just cannot think of any, coz everything just sucks

Cons

You just forget your work-life balance, no one to really listen to the employee, see a lot of meetings with absolutely no solution to any issue, meetings are always an explanation & never a thought on what the employee is trying to make you understand, lots more if we start counting.

Pros

Good place to learn, develop skills. Managers good about work/life balance - they realize family is important.

Cons

Benefits get worse every year, layoffs, uncertain future. Older plant with older technology trying to hang on. Wish we had IBM consultants to improve our own business.
