Everyone I've ever interacted with in 20+ years at ibm has been great. It's nice to work somewhere that really encourages everyone to have a good time and be comfortable and treat eachother respectfully and avoid conflict.

Cons

no cons, i've enjoyed every minute of working for ibm. the majority of the people i work with have been at ibm for 15+ years, if it wasn't awesome, why would we all stay :)
