The new building is essentially a call center with no privacy. To make things worse the ability to grow is stifled by the constant disorganization and constantly changing requirements to get promoted. The push for training is constant but the ability to apply any of the skills are nearly nonexistent. Recruiters will lie vigorously and substantially to get you here and then your stuck. If you are interested in IBM avoid anything labeled GBS like the plague. Its a dead end job maintaining outdated code and dying systems for other companies.

Constant reorganizing made it difficult to focus on accounts. Every account considered itself a special snowflake and often would not take advantage of the economies of scale IBM offered. Management was focused on obtaining new accounts, transitioning them to IBM, then moving the day-to-day work to India, China, etc.
