Pros

Provides amazing working knowledge. Anyone will find homely atmosphere in office. Beside anyone will find skilled and always helping hand from collegue. A handsome amount of salary will be providing. Beside I will rate IBM as one of the largest employment providing organization in the world and India.

Cons

Work pressure is always major downside of the organization. Besides the organization is providing less incentives per month. Whereas the other organizations are reciprocal to the IBM. Lastly but not the least the company is also not providing proper ESIC's benefit equally to all employee.
