Pros

IBM has world class clients, exposure to many mega sized projects AND global initiatives and has vast resources to advance your career needs.

Cons

Work More and Expect Less Salary. Management always gives a hard time to work overtime. Reviews are usually very partial. Professional Development Managers do nothing to contribute to our career growth. They are more like administrative clerks. who check hours and manage some excel sheets.
