Pros

I like the flextime scheduling. I can come into work at any time of the day usually as long as I get my 40+ hours in the week. I also love the location. Vermont is a beautiful state with great schools and many outdoor activities.

Cons

They just cut the funding for continuing education (their ALAP program). So there is no opportunity to go back to school part time.

Nationally recognized advancement job security I feel that the most important contributions I would like to see are related to building both the product and the company through direct contributions to vision, strategy, and design. Pros

Generally the people have been fun to work with. Flexibility has been good - if you have personal situations during the day people are understanding about you needing to deal with them. They will pay for your education if it's approved by management.

Cons

Many layoffs, low moral. The performance rating structure is horrible and the raises and bonuses are awful. The compensation is already low compared to many of my friends in similar jobs at other companies. Because of the performance rating the team structure is turned into a competition to get ahead where the pushy obnoxious people are the ones who get the promotions.
