The students are really great.
Cons
Low wages - not even a living wage in Colorado for most jobs. Incompetent co-workers who are washed up and washed out and can't find jobs anywhere else. Many on staff are openly racist with zero consequences. I can only assume management shares their views. Anyone with any talent or brains leaves almost immediately. Terrible management who lie to students and employees, play high school games, bully new employees, and do things to hurt students.
