Dear former Instructor,
We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review of your experience at IBMC College. It’s great to hear that our flexible scheduling was helpful to you, and we are happy to hear you developed positive relationships with our students.
Still, we’re disappointed to hear you felt disgruntled with the management at our Colorado Springs campus, and we would be interested in hearing about the specific issues you and your students experienced. It’s important that every individual among of our staff, faculty and students feels welcome, respected and content at IBMC College. As you know, it is not in the best interest of our students or our employees to experience tension or disorder, so we urge you to please contact HR@ibmc.edu to elaborate on your grievances.
The closure of our Colorado Springs campus was a difficult decision, but it was necessary for preserving the integrity and longevity of the remaining campuses. With exceptionally high market saturation for career training programs in the Colorado Springs region, enrollment has declined while operational costs have increased in recent years. Additionally, the process of transitioning our accreditation from one accrediting body to another has stalled our ability to submit and offer new programs in the market.
Though our institution will have left the area, our students will not be left behind. We have committed to working with other Colorado Springs career training colleges to provide students with the opportunity to complete their education and continue their paths toward rewarding careers.
Again, we appreciate your feedback, and we thank you for your work as a member of the IBMC family. We wish you the best of luck in your future as an educator, and we hope that you will contact us to tell us more about your experiences so we may make improvements to our college.
Sincerely,
Team IBMC College
