      Pros

      Great company that believes in putting employees first. Amazing work/life balance, great benefits. More importantly, I feel valued & appreciated by my direct supervisor and the exec team. They trust me and my team to to get the job done without breathing down our necks and celebrate our successes.

      Cons

      Not really a con but I would love to see an electric car charger in the parking lot ;)

      Pros

      Third generation family owned and family friendly company. IBT has been an excellent career choice. I've been with them nearly 30 years now and I'll still be here when I retire.

      Cons

      Not many but we are growing and modernizing the way we do business so there is going to be some growing pains as we adjust in the short term.

      Pros

      IBT has been an excellent company to work for. You are treated with respect and everyone is friendly. Hard working people are rewarded and everyone's opinions are valued. I would recommend working at IBT, so many people like it here so much that they have stayed 30+ years!

      It takeds a while to fully understand the industrial distribution business model
