Idaho Central provides a work environment where I am challenged and encouraged to grow! I am provided the tools and encouragement to accomplish stretch goals. Growth is more than just promotions, it is also growing as an individual and human being. Management prioritize helping their teams feel fulfilled in their careers, and provides opportunity to help you grow in more than just job title. I am loved and cared for as if I am truly part of their family. This is true at every level of the credit union. Even the CEO will take the time to talk with you individually about your family and your interests when they are at events. I have never felt more fulfilled in my career.
Cons
We are constantly building branches, and succession is very competitive. The Credit Union has many talented and driven individuals, so you will have to work very hard if you want to promote.
