Pay is insulting They grill you to sell products to customers, and give you a bad schedule working weekends and evenings if you don’t sell enough

Pay is low for comparable positions at other companies. Annual review pay increases are minimal and don’t even cover inflation. They also are not based on performance, experience, work-load or other - Everyone gets the same amount. Also, pay is not adjusted for employees already in the position to keep up with the starting wage for new hires. So, if someone new is hired, they will likely be making almost the same or very close to what you’re making even if you’ve been working here for several years.
