      Pros

      positive and close knit enviroment. room for growth but mainly if your located down south.

      Cons

      the corporate feeling was getting intense before i left and hiring new people did not always turn out well.

      Pros

      The work environment is not anything I have experienced. It is very positive and from the moment you arrive, you are greeted with people you don't even know asking how they can help and people always smiling. They do not focus on problems here. They focus on solutions. The benefits are amazing. I also love how each position and advancement is merit based, not how long you have been here.

      Cons

      I have very few cons to share. The only one I have is to their "hire ahead" positions. I feel like they need to explain these positions better. There is some confusion on how this position works. My other con is only individualized to myself and can be overcome in time and that is the hours and remote work. I wish they had more part-time position. I teach music to kids in the afternoon and a position where I worked 30hrs a week would allow for me to continue this. In addition, I have always worked from home for an online school and before that as a Real Estate Agent, my office was at home. I was always very efficient at this. Having to come into a office has been a big change for me, but I am learning they have positions that are hybrid and I can eventually apply for those if that is something I need. So truly, there really is almost no cons.
