Pros
ICCU has a fun and rewarding culture. The Executive Management team consistently shows their appreciation for the hard work of the Green Team. Our CEO, Kent, is the most giving and humble person I have ever met. He makes sure to recognize the hard work we provide and when there is recognition throughout the community, you will find him standing in the back ground letting others receive the praise and recognition. Like I mentioned, he is a very humble man. I couldn't ask for a better CEO. With that said, having a great working environment and culture is important, but benefits are just as important. The benefits at ICCU are great. Good benefits are hard to come by, and ICCU works hard to ensure we have the best possible benefits, thanks to our HR team. ICCU is an amazing place to work and I would recommend it to anyone. It is a great place to grow and have a successful career.
Cons
It's difficult to think of any cons for such a great company. However, whatever issues that may come up, ICCU is quick to resolve them. If I had to share a "negative" comment, it would be that because we are growing so quickly, we are hiring at a rapid pace, therefore, it's becoming harder to remember every employees name. We do however have a great system in place to look up every employee and read a short profile on who they are. It makes it easy to get to know our teammates.
