Pros
ICCU offers full benefits for part-time employees, 11 paid holidays, and a great work environment. They have use of a nice gym and field house on-site for a small fee and encourage ways of living a healthy lifestyle. ICCU donates a lot of time and money into the communities of Idaho and Washington. They regularly give one to two nice gifts to employees each year, which sometimes includes monetary bonuses.
Cons
As a part-time employee, I would like to see more part-time opportunities in other departments, besides entry-level positions.
