      Pros

      Their are a lot of pros to Idaho Central As a company. For the most part everyone is super nice and some really great people here. the culture and atmosphere is pretty cool as well.

      Cons

      The cons have to do with more of the job then the company. Answering calls all day staying at your desk can and usually is pretty tedious and boring

      Pros

      Can be a very fun, exiting work environment under most managers and in most departments. Great family activities for employees, is a place your whole family can be proud you work for. Excellent value for health benefits.

      Cons

      Salaries are low for the market. There is a rift between new, young talent and people who have been at the Credit Union for 15+ years. It was a very different company 10 years ago. If you end up on a team with a lot of the “old guard”, be prepared for a lot of frustration. Management will protect these employees above all others, at the expense of strategic objectives. They have little to no experience outside of the Credit Union. But what they lack in knowledge of current industry standards they make up for in stubbornness. You will be thrown under the bus for them time and time again.
