Very community oriented, and higher ups are very much involved. You feel important no matter what position you hold.

Cons

You will only enjoy working here if you have an interest in finances. This isn’t the type of job you come to just get a paycheck.

Pros

ICCU offers full benefits for part-time employees, 11 paid holidays, and a great work environment. They have use of a nice gym and field house on-site for a small fee and encourage ways of living a healthy lifestyle. ICCU donates a lot of time and money into the communities of Idaho and Washington. They regularly give one to two nice gifts to employees each year, which sometimes includes monetary bonuses.

Cons

As a part-time employee, I would like to see more part-time opportunities in other departments, besides entry-level positions.

Iccu is a great place to work. They have an amazing culture plan for the employees so that everyone that comes to work feels appreciated and enjoys what they do. We are always given incentives to do better and provide the best service for our members. ICCU really cares about its employees.
