Pros

ICCU Executives are down to earth and make the effort to get to know their employees, Pay is competitive and continuous, ICCU employees are kind and helpful, and we get involved in the community frequently. We're here for our members. Our Members, The Credit Union, Our Team and Then Ourself. A Company that strives to be loved by ALL.

Cons

I've been here for five years and have yet to have a "con" to make me want to reconsider my career here. There is lots of growth in the Credit Union. SO many positions to move too if you're getting restless or what to learn something new :)

Great Employer

Pros

ICCU has a great culture! Benefits are awesome especially if you have a big family. The little things they do for us makes work fun. These include team lunches, random fun activities and sometimes gifts. We celebrate our big successes and are always looking for ways to help people. We are always reminded to put members first which makes the work fulfilling.

Cons

We are not allowed to talk about salaries or salary ranges for a position. There's no way to know if you're getting a raise that makes sense for the position when you are promoted. It seems you have to leave the company to get paid what you're worth. Tenured employees are going elsewhere because the company isn't fighting to keep them which is really sad. Work from home is not an option for many departments.
